This high profile company required further expansion to their existing works to meet the expansion of an ever growing customer base. The introduction of a plant extension and separate new services building and utilizing our expertise in design and build schemes for this much valued client meant the work was completed while the main plant was in constant operation.

The plant extension utilized existing canopies, incorporating extensive ground works,  precast concrete panel retaining walls, reinforced concrete floor slab with new additional specialist aco drainage. The new structural steelwork and façade complimented the existing surrounding works and new internal composite cladding was installed to food safe standard along with the epoxy resin floor coating.

The new services building was constructed upon piled foundations with a more traditional built up system of cladding, which was installed to give improved acoustic benefits to the mono pitch steel frame.

All work was completed to the high standard expected and to a programme which complimented the fluid nature of the clients own installation and commissioning requirements.
