Gloversure, Unit 15B Severn Farm Industrial Estate, Welshpool.
The steel erection and composite cladding of this 700m² new industrial unit was awarded to K&M with the area of work very restricted due to surrounding properties and boundaries. Although challenging logistically with limited access the building was completed on time and to the high standard expected by the client.
