Having worked together on project previously, K&M were awarded the structural steel package for this 135t structural frame. Covering 2,600m², the purpose built new offices and storage facility for the client was erected in just over 3 weeks in prepared foundations. At 10m to eaves, the building has been future proofed in designed allowing occupancy for many years to come by the new owners.
