K&M were awarded the full design and build contract for this very well respected and valued client, to develop a new storage facility. The 1600m² building was completed whilst accommodating the client’s ongoing production activities. The D&B included upgrading the current stormwater drainage, low level retaining walls, consolidation of imported fill, allowing for the installation of a heavy wearing concrete floor. With connection into adjacent buildings, the use of a composite panel roof and internal cladding, has made the building fit for purpose for many years to come.
