K&M were awarded this contract to fabricate and erect a 120t steel frame covering approx. 1800 m², new retail facility in the heart of the North Wales costal town. Logistically the area of work was restricted along with a limited erection timescale, but the work was completed on time and within the requirements of the client, which were met at all stages.
