A client design and build project, for Powys County Council, where the new business park had a requirement for 9no new start up units for local businesses, spaced between two individual units. The 80t of structural steel and 16t of cold rolled material, along with composite panels roofing and horizontally laid external cladding. All internal fitting out was completed by the main contractor with the units passing their air test with ease. The finish to the units were exceptional ready for their new occupants.
