Completion of this 1500m² extension to an existing works for South Staffordshire County Council was a successful challenge for K&M. Working throughout continued shortages within the construction industry at the height of a pandemic, made the daily issues of completing this project thought provoking.

The completed scheme was built on partially existing yards and took full advantage of the remaining space on site. The full package, which included structural steel frame, composite cladding to roof and side, along with curtain wall glazing, was emphasized by the use of the tenants own GRC Panels to the external elevation, completing the final appearance fantastically well.
